Cooking starts with the products! For the early risers, head to the farmers' market in Uzès or Saint-Quentin to discover organic vegetables, cheeses made in the Uzès region, local lamb and truffles (in season, of course!). It can happen that we push up to Nîmes, to the halls, for fish, mussels from the Mediterranean.
When we are back, I share with you my passion, I show you the gestures, I teach you the recipes... and you cook!
A good moment of sharing and conviviality before eating and tasting your creations with Côtes du Rhône or wines from the Duché d'Uzès.
Number of participants: minimum of 3 people, maximum 6.
